Getting Started

Open The Off Switch and allow Screen Time permissions (these stay on your device)
Place your Off Switch token on a convenient surface where you'll use it regularly
Tap your phone on the Off Switch token to enter "Off Mode" and block distracting apps
Tap again to enter "On Mode" which can launch productivity tools
Customize which apps are blocked/allowed in each mode through the settings
