-
Pick which apps to pause or which to keep on.
-

-
Put it where the habit lives: desk, bedside, or kitchen.
-
The spot becomes the cue.
-
Keep it away from metal so the tap reads cleanly.
Tap to use
-
Hold the top edge of your iPhone close to the card to switch Off.
-
Tap again to switch On.
-
You’ll see confirmation in the app.
Troubleshooting
Article 1: The tap didn’t do anything
Quick checks
-
Move the phone’s top edge slowly over the card.
-
Make sure the card isn’t on metal and lies flat.
-
Open the app once, then try tapping again.
If apps aren’t pausing
-
Open the app and confirm permission is enabled.
-
Check that the apps you want quiet are on your list.
-
Tap the card again to apply the current setup.
Still inconsistent?
-
Restart your iPhone, open the app once, and try again.
-
Re-place the card somewhere away from metal or magnets.
-
Test with a second spot (desk vs bedside) to rule out interference.
